Gift ideas by Me / Part 1

By popular demand, here are some of the things I've gifted in the last few years. Passing it on to you for inspiration & street cred :)

Think of this as an ongoing conversation where I'll be continually sharing ideas every month or so (hopefully, gotta feel inspired and have a find that's worth sharing - #nobasic zone!).

I don't want to start off too overwhelming, so here are five selects to get the idea pot stirring:

Name Stories Poster

An Insta #ad success story. I love the way this company truly put thought into personalized original art that "celebrates the singular story of each name’s remarkable journey through history, featuring a detailed account of the name’s origin, meaning and how it managed to survive the test of time" as well as giving a full historical origin built into the description. They have both framed and unframed options, free shipping in the U.S., and even let you customize/add a line or two of your own to your person's "definition".

Resin Letter Keychains

I love to support a fellow Etsy vendor when I can. I bookmarked this at some point last year for inspo on a personal project but ended up actually buying and gifting for myself/others. This is one of many types out there but regardless its so delicately beautiful. I've seen some that have flecks of confetti, bird feathers, chocolate chips, leaves, petals and heads of all wild flower types around the country; the options are almost endless. Your giftee will squeal with delight. (Pics really don't give the final product justice!)

Message in a Bottle

I am obsessed with this one. Talk about creative, cuteness OVERLOAD. I still can't handle it. I scream as I browse this Etsy vendor's selection. It's amazing and ridiculous and I want more and more. You should too! Each little bottle (5cm x 2cm) is carefully handmade to order and contains a small written message (1 cm x 1.5 cm) to a theme of your choosing. They are shipped from Spain so have patience with delivery - so worth the wait.

Paper Flower Bouquet

For my wedding I had my bridesmaids wear wooden flowers as a corsage, but while I was looking for the ones to choose I came across these that would eventually serve a more "gifting" purpose. Made from pages of books and, depending on the seller, they can even do special requests like using comic book pages, bible pages, newspaper, or magazine tearsheets for the flower heads.

Natural "Cure"- All

You know that friend or coworker who has a persistent sniffle during spring, migraines when it rains, didn't get a good nights sleep the night before, or just isn't a morning person? I found a little to-go sized something that benefits more than most.
